All purchases above $50 is eligible for a Payment Plan Option. For partial payment place the order chosing partial.ly checkout as option and follow the payment process in few steps. The current payment plan option allow for a 25% downpayment with order and balance amount split in up to 6 momthly installments.

For 2019 we offer a new payment solution with our partner partial.ly. The solution is currently 25% Down payment with the order and the balance amount up to  6 monthly installment. The installment plan is FREE of charges and is interest rate free. 

To make your purchase with the partial pay method, start by "add the product to cart". In the next step you will have the choice to make the checkout with the payment plan option (Partial.ly button). Then simply follow the instructions followed by the Partial.ly form.

The payment plan we offer currently is free of any charges and is interest rate free for up to 6 months installment.

You as the customer choose at the partial.ly checkout the amount of downpayment and number of installments that you wish. 

Monza BMX can be ordered exclusively on our web shop www.monzabc.com. After selecting the products you are interested in, follow the 3 simple steps of the order process

(1) Fill out your shipment address, where you want your product to be delivered.

(2) Next you choose the shipping method, for bikes automatically heavy goods shipping will automatically be filled out.

(3) In next and final step you provide the payment information to finalize your order

After order is placed you receive in minutes a confirmation to the e-mail address you have chosen. When the order is shipped you will again receive a shipment notification to that same mail address.

Only alternative process, is for PayPal users who can choose the ”Express Checkout” option at step (1) described above, where address and payment information could be automatically filled out from the PayPal account for a quicker checkout process.

Bikes are in stock ready to ship in Australia from Monza fulfillment center in Sydney. After ordering you will receive an order confirmaition by e-mail. Upon delivery you will get a delivery notification and will be able to track your order until arrival at your doorstep. 

After placing of the order you get a confirmation to your given e-mail adress. When the shipment is performed you will get another notification with the shipment tracking number.

Please contact us as soon as possible in the case you would like to cancel an order already placed. 

If the product has not been shipped already by us, then the cancellation and refund will be very easy. 

In the case the order has been shipped , and you still like to cancel the order, you must wait until receipt of the goods and make a return delivery to us. We will receive the goods and make a refund after confirming the goods are returned properly.  

After the order is placed, and if you like to add other products to your order simply place a new order and contact us as soon as possible to inform you would like to have the both orders shipped to you in same shipment.

You can cancel your order up until the shipment has been effected with a full refund.

The bike will be shipped when ready, and any balance payment will remain on your payment plan to be paid after shipment. 

New or unused bikes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus restocking/shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. All items refunded will be returned on the original method of payment when the order was placed

The bike is 80% pre-assembled when you receive it. 

The only thing that remains is to mount the front wheel, pedals (Left & Right is marked out), Seat post and adjusting the breaks.  Here a simple video to highlight these assembly steps https://youtu.be/yhf2G4S_e_M

As we ship worldwide the most efficient is to service the bike yourself or via your local bike shop. The bike is a classic build with known parts and the majority of bike shops around the world know how to service this product.

To keep the bike frame in top condition over time, rider can wipe the frame with light oil to protect the surface from normal corrosion. DO NOT USE WD-40, CORROSIVE CLEANER or LUBRICANT OIL. It will increase rust on the Chrome plated models.

For longest lifetime of the frame, rider can also wipe the bike after riding in rainy weather.

Frame and fork are under our production warranty for 2 years, and covers any and all manufacturing faults.  

All other parts are under warranty 6 months.

Note the the bikes need to be used for its intended design of cruising and are not intended as freestyle BMX nor as in heavy track competition. The expected weight span for the user of this bike is 80-100kg, where the rider should not exceed max 100kg. 

Treatment of Surface for maximum lifetime:

1. User should wipe the bike with antirust oil to protect the surface once in a while
2. Please do not use WD-40 corrosive cleaner or lubricant oil as it creates rust process
3. For maximum lifetime of the frame the bike should be wiped of after using in rainy weather

If no other product works for you, and you remain unsatisfied, then we will gladly accept returns for a replacement product or refunds, within 90 days after purchase. 

We will not accept returns of products for replacement or refund with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

The bikes are designed by MONZA in Stockholm, Sweden. 

We manufacture in collaboration with TANGE company in Taiwan. We use established original suppliers for our parts with long track record in bike manufacturing and BMX parts productions and make sure the quality is of very high standard for its intended use.

The bike is delivered with standaard Dia Compe break pads. Based on customer feedback we know that for good brake effect the alternatives are 

* SKYWAY brake pads 

* Shimano brake pads (M70T3) 

The tire is 24"X2.125. You can put slightly thicker tires for style up to 24"X2.40.
